This critical piece of information is the starting point of Cola Lemon. This juice is not made using a single extract from Coke infused with lemon juice. No. Cola Lemon is made with separate extracts from the original Coca-Cola and organic lemons. Not manufactured food acids, real lemons. But why? Why go to these lengths? Wouldn’t an infusion-based single extract be good enough? Wouldn’t food acids work? In one word: no. No, because the synthetically sour aftertaste you get with those doesn’t quite gel with the syrupy flavour of regular Coke. The end result is just not authentic enough, simple as that. This liquid is designed to be diluted up to 60ml. It can be diluted up to 75ml, but this will result in a weaker taste.
